Anyone who enters Mr. Troll's travel agency immediately feels like they're on vacation. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Personalized advice and vacation planning are a top priority. Anyone who enjoys independent travel is in good hands here. We used to laboriously plan and organize our vacations ourselves, so we decided to give a run-of-the-mill travel agency a chance to meet our needs once or twice. The result: We planned our future trips ourselves again. Later, we heard about Troll Reisen and wanted to try it out. The result: Never again. My wife and I have been thrilled and captivated from the very first moment. Here, they still take the time for their customers. We can only warmly recommend Mr. Troll and his team.

A highly recommended travel agency! We received very friendly and professional advice from the very beginning. We were particularly impressed by how much they cared for us – even in difficult situations. When things got complicated due to the unrest in the Middle East, they reacted immediately and quickly organized alternative flights home from Asia for us.
